Starshadow has asked me to say hi to everyone on the group, she's having a
bit of trouble getting on to this ng, but if anyone want's to say hi, she
can access alt.family-names.sims, she's not too well at the moment, so
c'mon guy's cheer her up. :-)

Hi,
Maybe this won't mean too much to you since I am mostly a lurker posting
only occasionally to help someone out but I really miss your presence at the
other NG.
You have been one of the few voices of intelligence and reason over there.
If there were more people like you I might come out of lurk mode more often.
:)
I am sorry to hear that you are not feeling well at the moment and I hope
that you recover very soon! I also hope that your newsreader, or whatever
is causing the problem, straightens itself out and you can come back!>
It's straightened out except that I have a gazillion new messages
showing and my energy goes "phhfft" out the window when I contemplate
starting them.

And my ailments are just the usual chronic stuff coupled with economic
worries. I'll be back. If my puter doesn't die.

Watch this space, Starshadow will post again, sometimes she goes awhile
without posting, it's her server I think, also she hasn't been well lately.
